SaaS → RaaS: el cliente compra outcomes, no tools. SaaS commoditizado, results-as-a-service gana

Ben Diamond: 'I think that this is a time to move a bit from, if you will, SaaS being software as a service to RAS being results as a service. And I've heard that term thrown around and I love it because it's exactly what people ultimately are caring about. You want an outcome. You want the business results. However you get them, you can bring them in the form of an agency with humans. You can bring them in a form of software with AI agents. You can bring them in a form of consulting of something that has never been heard of. But the bottom line is you are in partnership in business with other partners because they are driving business results. So in my mind, the low grade software has been completely commoditized. It's out'. El shift: si tu SaaS es 'features', alguien lo vibe-codeará. Si tu SaaS es 'outcomes' (ej: 'we will increase your ROAS by 30%' o 'we will save you 20 hours/week in reporting'), tienes pricing power. La realidad: 'We've rebranded the D2C acronym to the Direct Tennis Club. A bunch of us, Kitsch and Ridge and us and Thrive Cosmetics, all our, all the guys, we play tennis on Sundays. And we, and we wanted to start playing together. So I vibe coded this live ball app so we can keep score on how everybody's performing when you go play live ball on Sundays. It took me literally, I don't know, 30 minutes'.
