The exclusions doesn't make any sense. Let's say you have 1,000 customers, and your CPMs are like 20 bucks, and you have a $500 daily budget. What if 100% of your customers, seven days a week, 365 days a year, saw your ads twice? You'd waste 40 bucks out of 500. So, there's no reason to exclude them. Also, why not let people who are happy with your business see ads potentially bad again, or leave positive sentiment? If the idea is we don't want to pay to acquire a customer twice, does improvement of LTV really come as, like, a bad thing? And if your ads are, in fact, designed exclusively to…

While it's relatively new, you know, like a year and some change, it's still something I don't see in 90-plus percent of ad accounts that I look at. People aren't doing audience definitions. Because most people will think the numbers that I look at for new versus existing and engaged audiences are based off of targeting. This has nothing to do with targeting. It's audience definition where you can do, like, customer list, app activity, offline, customer conversions, website, lead form. Like, it's five options and you can engage in it. It's like a 30-second process that most people don't do.

So it's really important to take a few minutes, it doesn't take very long at all, and get, for example, your customer list uploaded to your MetaAd account and then define in advertising settings that audience being existing customers. You want to do the same with your engaged audience, which is going to be people that are warm, really valuable to do because it allows Meta to better allocate budget across cold, warm and hot audience, which is what these three categories are. By the way, Meta is not looking at how you define these audiences. That's not how the machine is deciding who to show an…
